SETTING A HOME

Once your home is placed on its lot, JDP takes the next step on installing your home with all required park setbacks and follows all County and State building codes. The process for tiedown/Install takes approximately 1-2 days with all trades to follow. (weather permitting). Once inspections are all approved, your Certificate of Occupancy is received and your dream home just became reality and you can move right in!
